Mind Body Calm is a wellness collective offering personal wellness experiences using mindfulness techniques. Mindfulness is a way of being in the present, with your sole focus and attention on the present. Mindfulness has proven benefits for overall mental clarity, calm and creativity.
Mindfulness is helpful regardless of where you see yourself on the illness – wellness spectrum. If you feel a need to break free from a rut, or if you want to go deeper with your personal growth – mindfulness can be beneficial.

Mind Body Calm is facilitated by Bren Murphy, who has trained widely in mindfulness techniques. Bren’s gift is sharing his inspirational energy and welcoming calm self acceptance in all participants.
